Float Trip
Take a look
at how the raft is loaded. Several dry bags are up front. Nothing blocks the
oars. Cooler is in the middle.
Your rafts come with 2 (for 14 ft raft) or 3 (for 16 ft raft) personal dry bags and life jackets, 3 oars, extra pin/clip, frame, 85 qt cooler, pump, throw bag, and cargo sling. See list #3 below for the raft gear that you must bring.
Don't forget your raft will also carry a pile of group gear consisting of either propane tanks, stoves, kitchen boxes, toilets, charcoal, tarp etc.

I can buy buckles for $2 and strap for 80 cents a yard Rafts have an interior width of 40 inches between tubes. The dry bags have a volume of 3,800 cubic inches. This is equivalent to a large backpack. Extra dry bags rent for $12 and cost about $70. My 150 qt cooler will not fit in front but a 100 qt might. Another cooler can be put in the back. The small ammo can (50 cal) measures 12 inches long by 7 inches high by 6 inches wide is for personal gear such as sun glasses. The large ammo can (30-40 mm)(dry box in diagram on left) measuring 19
inches long by 8 inches wide by 14.5 inches high is good for tools, camera,
rope, jacket etc. Duffel bags are good to protect stuff that would not be hurt very much if it got wet. For example, your tent could be put in a strong trash bag and then in a duffel bag.
